Alison Rogerson Training Limited delivers a wide range of high quality, relevant and up to date training for the childcare sector. We provide training for continued professional development in areas such as safeguarding children, promoting positive behaviour and all aspects of creative play, learning and development. All the sessions link to the relevant statutory guidance and frameworks including Every Child Matters, The Early Years Foundation Stage, The Common Core of Skills and Knowledge and KEEP - the key elements of effective practice. We also offer a range of accredited programs and awards by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in areas including food safety awareness and health and hygiene. All courses are based on a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 candidates.
Specialist knowledge and skills are an essential requirement now in early years practice for example meeting OFSTED requirements. Alison Rogerson Training Ltd can assist organisations in this by providing guidance and suipport. We offer a consultancy service on the implementation of new frameworks e.g The Common Core of Skills and Knowledge, the EYFS, KEEP and CAF - the Common Assessment Framework, as well as more specialist areas including all aspects of safeguarding, food hygeine, observation and assessment and other key elements of early years practice.
