Course Description
This updated session provides a fresh and exciting approach to planning play and activities for childminders and out of school workers. It is a fun, practical session from which workers will take away lots of ideas to support their planning of activities which promote the well - being of children.
This session can be delivered over 1 x 3hr, 2 x 3hr or 1 x 6hr/full day sessions.
Aims and Objectives
To support early years practitioners to encourage enjoyment and achievement through a wide range of varied activities and resources in a cost effective way.
To provide a range of varied indoor and outdoor activities to support children's well - being, health and overall learning and development.
To explore how different activities can be used to build children's confidence and self esteem.
To support early years practitioners, to be effective in their planning and provision underpinned through observation of children and effective time management.
To encourage workers to plan a fresh approach to planning activities to enable a more physically motivated environment where outdoor activities are provided to develop health and well - being.
